Cole Phillips New braunfels Concert reviews
Crue Fest 2
I watched the second stage sets in the parking lot and arrived during Drowning Pool's set. It kind of sounded like the Warped tour sound. Drowning pool was cool and the sound was good. I was very impressed with this band, one of my new favorites. Theory of a dead man had a lot more hits than I thought I would know. I am buying their CD's today. The F work and bad bad girlfriend both hit home with me on the day I went to the show for good reason! My NEW girlfriend (see above) said they were awesome and she is not a metal fan. I bought a Godsmack shirt and was already a fan of this band, good to see them out again. Cole Phillips came out at twice the volume of Godsmack and I was totally bummed that Tommy Lee's hand was wrapped up and couldn't play that night. Sevedusts drummer covered and did well but it wasn't the original Crue line up without Tommy Lee, @#$ ! All in All great job!
